The Idea

Groovy Al’s passion for vinyl inspired me to design a free ad for the shop’s first sidewalk sale. The goal was to make something bold, approachable, and full of energy.

The Creation

I treated it as a graphic design exercise, layering typography over randomized record textures until the layout felt both striking and legible.

The Tools

A custom record label atlas provided textures, combined with typographic design to produce both digital and print-ready versions.

The Final Product

The design went live as a post, pairing playful textures with bold type to capture the excitement of the sale and give the store its first strong online presence.
