Every planter, one of a kind

Close-up of tree bark with rough, textured surface and vertical ridges

The Idea

Natural forms like bark, coral, and feathers inspired a family of 3D-printed planters. Each one is unique, yet all share the same DNA.

A 3D printer creating a turquoise object with vertical ridges on a black surface.

The Creation

Using additive manufacturing, I translated flowing geometry into physical form. Layer by layer, the planters took shape, their textures revealed through the print process.

The Tools

Blender guided the designs, which were printed in PETG filament across four colors.

The Final Product

The result is a collection of planters where no two are alike, yet every piece feels connected.

And yes, these are all real pictures :)
