An experimental render of a Porsche GT3 RS with glass wheels. A technical study in light, caustics, and materials that turned into a striking visual piece.

The Idea

I set out to push a familiar car form into unfamiliar territory, transforming a Porsche GT3 RS with glass wheels into something both striking and fragile.

The Creation

In Blender, I carefully tuned materials, reflections, and lighting to make the glass feel believable while still keeping the car grounded.

The Tools

Blender handled modeling, light path calculations, mesh optimization, and caustic management to balance realism with creative risk.

The Final Product

The finished render, titled Curb Rash, was shared on Instagram as a clean, dramatic study in realism, playfulness, and material precision.
